We are tremendously excited to welcome Blair Warner to Finch as our Interim Chief Strategy Officer, starting today.

Blair brings deep, firsthand experience from inside one of the largest and most sophisticated personal injury firms in the country. Most recently, she served as Chief Strategy Officer at Morgan & Morgan, where she worked directly with firm leadership on strategy, growth, and operations at scale. Combined with over fifteen years at McKinsey & Company, where she supported organizations around the globe with their strategic transformations, and her legal training as a Yale Law School graduate, Blair has been at the center of many of the forces reshaping personal injury firms today.

At Finch, Blair will both add leverage to Finch’s internal strategy and operations and support Finch partner firms as they plan for the future of their practices and navigate a competitive, constantly changing landscape.

Blair will work closely with Finch and our partner firms to help leadership teams think through strategy, operating models, and organizational structure as they navigate the changing world of personal injury. She will also partner with the Finch operations team to continue strengthening Finch as a rigorous backbone that enables firms to confidently grow and adapt.

As Chief Strategy Officer at Morgan & Morgan, Blair partnered with firm leadership on growth planning, operational scaling, organizational design, and executive decision-making across a large, complex organization. Her experience operating inside a leading PI firm—paired with years advising senior leaders at McKinsey—gives her a grounded view into what firms need as they grow and professionalize.
