We’re seeking outstanding paralegals to help modernize the personal injury pre-litigation process for Finch’s partner law firms. In this role, you’ll work with clients from intake through demand package preparation, all while leveraging and contributing to Finch’s operating system.

Finch Paralegal

What You'll Be Doing

Manage all aspects of pre-litigation in personal injury cases, including intake, claims, records management, client communication, and demand letter preparation, while leveraging Finch’s software to maximize efficiency and quality
Communicate with partner attorneys to provide updates and keep them informed on case progress
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to help shape the product roadmap
Work primarily in person — we spend four days a week together in our NYC office

What We're Looking For

10+ years of personal injury experience, particularly with a focus on pre-litigation
Grit and adaptability to thrive in an early-stage team environment and navigate ambiguity
Spanish proficiency is a plus

What We Offer

Competitive Base Salary: $75,000 - $120,000 annual salary
