The referral split
The standard market referral split runs 33% to 40% of attorney fees to the referring firm. Our partner firms go up to 50% on signed pre-litigation cases, and they manage all downstream splits with local counsel out of their own share. Splits move with volume and case type. If you’re working under better terms somewhere else, bring them and our partners will look at matching.

You get an early read, then monthly updates.
A compensability read shortly after intake so you know whether the case has legs, then status on every active matter, pushed into your CMS.
